### Update for Week 31 --- ##### Continuation of Progress on Research Collective DAO Charter This week, we have continued the collaborative effort of refining the [Research Collective DAO's](https://near.social/ihyshan.near/widget/NRC.DAO.main?daoId=research-collective.sputnik-dao.near&issuer=issuer.regens.near&accountId=research-collective.near&role=researcher&tab=proposals) Charter. With the valuable feedback and inputs from various members, the document is becoming even more aligned with our collective's vision and goals. The Charter remains an essential focus of our efforts, and I appreciate the support and active participation from everyone involved in this process. This integration enhances our communication and outreach capabilities, allowing for a more seamless interaction with our audience on social media. ##### Recruitment Efforts In line with our goal to expand our collective of passionate researchers, I have initiated posts targeting potential members to join the DAO. The primary goal is to attract individuals who share our dedication to research and are interested in contributing to our collective's mission. We eagerly look forward to welcoming new minds into our collective. The goal is to onboard 100 people on to the DAO in the "researcher" role by sept 1st. Currently we are very behind on this and much of our efforts for the next few weeks should be dedicated to this task.
