It outlines our request for funds earmarked specifically for the [Near Certified Researcher (NCR) course](https://near.social/research-collective.near/widget/NCR.v1), marking a vital step toward the sustainability and ongoing excellence of our educational initiatives. These are the main milestones reached, along with continued updates to the course page and approving proposals of SBT holding accounts requesting to join the DAO.
