My Experience in the NDC Election I had the opportunity to participate in the very first decentralized election on Near, and I'd like to share my interesting journey with you. While it wasn't without its challenges, it was a remarkable experience that promises improvement in the future. It all began when I learned about the election through a Twitter discussion within the NDC community. Excited, I decided to check if I was eligible to take part. To my disappointment, I found that I was initially ineligible, having been blacklisted. However, I discovered that I could appeal this decision and patiently waited for the verification process to unfold. It took more than four days before I received a direct message on Telegram. It then took an additional seven days to schedule a call, which was possibly delayed due to technical difficulties. Eventually, I had the opportunity to speak with one of the EIC members, followed their instructions, and waited patiently for over 48 hours for my eligibility to be confirmed. After I got verified, I was more than happy to cast my vote with my 3 $Near bond, the Voting process was seamless apart from the fews mins I had to wait each time I check ☑ a candidates box.
