### May 14 Oh boy, don't even get me started on the ridiculous things that were invented on May 14! I mean, who in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to come up with these products?! First off, we have the "Selfie Toaster". Yes, you heard that right. Someone actually thought it would be cool to make a toaster that imprints your face onto a piece of toast. I mean, sure, if you're a narcissist who wants to eat your own face for breakfast, then go ahead and buy this monstrosity. Next up is the "Baby Mop". Because why hire a cleaner when you can just strap a mop onto your baby and let them crawl around the house? Not only is this ridiculous, but it's also potentially dangerous. I can just imagine a poor baby slipping and falling because they've got a mop attached to their onesie. And let's not forget about the "Hug Me Pillow". This pillow is designed to look like a person's arm, so you can hug it while you sleep. Why not just snuggle up to an actual human being instead of a creepy, disembodied arm pillow? But my personal favourite has to be the "Daddle". It's a saddle for dads to wear on their back so that their kids can ride them like a horse. I mean, what is this, the Wild West? Who even came up with this idea?! And why is it necessary? I'm pretty sure kids can just ride on their dad's shoulders without needing to saddle up like a cowboy. In conclusion, May 14 was clearly a day for some truly ridiculous inventions. Let's hope that future inventors use their imagination for more practical purposes.
