The NDC Ops team achieved significant milestones, including onboarding four new members and completing the Astra++ project, which addressed a community-reported bug and finalized the DAO Settings page. KYC efforts involved compliance assistance in the Cayman Islands, initiation of AML/CFT Policy drafting, and collaboration with NF on pending profiles. Product Management designed an election framework under review, while Design created landing pages for DAO. Backend tasks included researching the DevHub smart contract, concluding basic Indexer analysis, and preparing data for NEAR Ecosystem analysis. On the Frontend, a test-ready dashboard was developed, showcasing the team's diverse accomplishments.
