# NEAR Research Collective DAO | Hannah Council Report | April 2024 Greetings NRC Community, I'm pleased to provide an update on my activities and contributions during April. ## Community Engagement and Events - **NEAR Certified Researcher Course Calls**: Continued to organize and schedule [calls](https://marmaj.org/events/near-certified-researcher-course/) for the NEAR Certified Researcher Course, fostering ongoing learning and collaboration among participants. - **Weekly Insights Forum**: Maintained the regular scheduling of calls and provision of detailed agendas for our [Weekly Insights Forum](https://marmaj.org/events/near-research-collective-weekly-insights-forum/), ensuring a robust platform for discussions and knowledge sharing within the community. - **Special X Space Event**: Successfully scheduled and hosted an [X Space](https://x.com/ResearchWG/status/1783185047773688080) with a Meta Pool ambassador. This session was aimed at educating our community about MP Token Reset and its utility, enhancing our collective understanding of key blockchain components. ## Marketing and Communication - **X (formerly Twitter)**: Kept up an active and engaging presence on X, continuously updating the community on recent activities and developments. - **Social Media Management**: Directed the consistent management of the NEAR Research Collective's social media outlets ([Near Social](https://near.social/astraplusplus.ndctools.near/widget/home?tab=home&daoId=research-collective.sputnik-dao.near&page=dao),[X](https://twitter.com/ResearchWG), [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@ResearchWG)), ensuring engaging and informative content delivery. ## Collaboration and Feedback - **Ongoing Collaboration**: Worked closely with Facilitators (@chloe.near,@bheegem.near & @15870c8972a9fe6cdb7dfc2df835740108e8674cc170a091cd0ece0b9e4f6cfa) and Co-Council members (@xvii.near & @earnestetim.near) to maintain alignment and enhance the effectiveness of our efforts. ## Community Interaction and Support - **Telegram Engagement**: Continued to actively engage with the community on Telegram, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment. - Guest Lecturer for [Goverance in Blockchain](https://hackmd.io/@doulos819/ncr-06) class - **[Research Grants](https://near.social/mob.near/widget/MainPage.N.Post.Page?accountId=research-collective.sputnik-dao.near&blockHeight=116685678) Initiative**: Sustained support for the research grants program for alumni, aiding in the progression of academic endeavors within the NEAR ecosystem. As well as continue regular council activities. This report underscores our persistent dedication to nurturing a vibrant and inclusive community at the NEAR Research Collective.
