As he steps into his role, one of his primary objectives will be to enhance the team's outreach capabilities. To achieve this, he will devise and implement effective communication and branding strategies specific to the needs of the DevRels and NEAR Campus. His involvement will include a broad range of activities, from fostering developer relationships and strengthening communities to the Certified Developer Program and various initiatives within the NEAR Campus. Since this is just a part of his expected contributions, his role might extend beyond these specified areas as the collaboration progresses. During his first months, we expect Jose to focus on the following activities: * Establishing a consistent narrative and image for community discourse. * Branding (both for external and internal purposes) aimed at positioning DevHub DevRels as a reliable and effective program for the NEAR ecosystem. * Communication strategy development for all DevHub’s programs and activities. * Designing the presence of DevHub/DevRels at events, addressing gaps like the one observed in Paris. * Collaborating with the design team to initiate the creation of a cohesive brand image. * Coordinate content creation by the DevHub team members or by collaboration with third parties. * Social media communications and article publication.
